Recently, initiated by the pandemic, our operating procedure at check in/out has change.
* Our Reception area is now occasionally unmanned, as some staff members live off-site in the village.

Please make a note of these numbers 03 3189099 or 021 646601 and call as you enter the village and we will meet with you within 5 mins at reception. This number is also on the front door. It would be great if you inform us of your eta in advance, to help speed up check in. Should you need to call before arriving in the village please leave a detailed message.

Providing free WiFi throughout the property, with Fibre coming late winter 2022. Arthur's Pass Motel & Lodge is situated in Arthur's Pass Village. The property is set a short distance from attractions such as Devils Punchbowl Falls and Avalanche Peak.

We have two self contained Studio Motel units, a Lodge with 5 deluxe rooms and (Slashes House - please call to discuss a booking for this house). These rooms are booked individually, however there is also the option to book the entire Luxury Lodge or Slashes House, which are excellent facilities for Corporate team building, Catch up weekends with friends, Family reunions and weddings, or retreats such as Yoga. Please phone for pricing on these options. Bookings need to be made early to ensure you get the entire building on the dates you have in mind.

 The lodge has a large communal dining area, which is great for meetings and presentations.

The Luxury Suite is very popular so book early!
